| "I just wanted to let you know how delighted I have been with your customer service. I have bought 3 items from you, and when I discovered the third, a Baumatic cooker hood, was damaged upon receipt, I was concerned as to how easily this would be resolved. I needn't have worried. During my first telephone conversation I was given accurate, helpful information and was informed that I needed to email in photos of the damage. Once I had done that Emily was in touch daily to let me know how things were progressing, and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The original plan was just to replace the glass, but upon finding delivery of stock of the glass was to take 9 weeks, I was offered a full replacement. No questions, no quibble, I was told that I shouldn't have to wait 9 weeks and instead could have the replacement by the end of the week. Last Friday a cheery (at 6.10am!) and friendly delivery picked up the old item and dropped off the new one, and someone had gone to the trouble of checking this item was in perfect condition. I also noticed on the signature form that a comment about this being a replacement for a damaged item was highlighted. In summary, the things that impressed me most were: -The professionalism of all staff - The telephone operators, Emily and the delivery driver - The ownership of the issue - I did not have to call to chase anything at all - The offer to replace the whole item - I don't think it crossed anyone's mind that I should have to wait - The communication throughout departments - right down to someone checking the item and a note being made on the delivery form In addition I have always liked the fact you can specify a delivery slot and ring ahead an hour before - something simple which makes all of the difference. I would not hesitate to buy from Jual again, and would recommend you to anyone. I am amazed to see that having the lowest prices does not mean customer service is compromised. Many larger companies could learn a lot from you. Keep up the good work. " |
