Delivery is done by our own professional drivers and our own fleet of delivery vehicles directly from our own purpose built distribution centre in West Yorkshire.

Delivery of items is TO YOUR DOOR and is an ALL-DAY appointment. Meaning that items could be delivered at anytime on the agreed delivery date. However, we do provide you with an estimated time the day before of delivery to provide you with an estimated 3 hour window. We also offer a free service where our drivers can call you so far away from your house to give you some advanced warning of our arrival (30min, 15min, ect), ask an operator for details or simply ask for this in the comments box when ordering.

Due to a high level of Internet Fraud at the moment, regrettably we can only deliver if a valid telephone number is left. We will endeavour to deliver your items as soon as possible after verbally confirming your order; call us on 01977 609400 if you would like to know the days we come to your area for delivery. Next day delivery is available to many areas (where possible).

Delivery is available at a cost depending on your distance from our head office, this is calculated during the checkout process before confirming your order.

WE WILL NOT DELIVER OUTSIDE OF ENGLAND, SCOTLAND AND WALES! However we may have courier services in other areas, call our sales team for details.

Our professional delivery personnel, where possible, will try their best to take the appliance into your home.

Unfortunately, due to the high level of internet fraud, we can only deliver to the card holders registered address. We may be able to deliver to an alternate address provided you pass some basic security checks however, please call us on 01977 609400 if you want your item delivering to an alternate address.
