JUAL Domestics LTD are a company with three shops over Yorkshire specialising in domestic appliances and furniture. We are a family run business, trading for more than 11 years in the industry offering great prices to the customer.
We are appointed BOSCH, HOTPOINT, CREDA, RANGEMASTER, FALCON, BRITANNIA, LEISURE, BAUMATIC, CANNON, HOOVER, FRIDGIDAIRE, BAUMATIC and INDESIT specialist dealers as well as having direct accounts with many more manufactures.
How can I buy an item?
Navigate through the website and locate the product you wish to buy. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "add to cart" button. This will add the item to your shopping cart and begin the online buying process, simply follow the on screen instructions.
Alternativly, you can simply call a member of our sales team (during normal business hours) on 01977 609400. Our specially trained operators will be glad to take your order or answer any further questions you may have regarding our products.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is totally dependent on whereabouts you live within the UK and is calculated automatically by our website. As we deliver with our own vehicles and people, we can offer a personal approach to delivery while offering competitive prices.
The website will calculate a standard estimate delivery charge for your location upon going through the shopping cart process. However, we recommend that you call our sales team on 01977 609400 to confirm delivery costs before buying since some areas are eligible for a discount on the delivery charge stated by the website. What guarantee do I get with the goods?
All items come with a MINIMUM of 12 months full manufacturers guarantee while some items come with guarantees of up to 5 years. Please refer to the product description for details on specific items.
We also offer extended guarantees from RETRA. Ask a member of staff for a personalised quote by calling 01977 609400.
I like this item, however it is slightly different than the one I want. Do sell other items?
Yes, we sell many items and only a few get placed on our website. Please contact our sales team on 01977 609400 if you are looking for an item which is not found on our website and I’m sure they will try and help you further.
Does the item come in a different colour?
Electrical goods do come in different colours and sometimes they are not stocked on our website. Please contact us with what you want and we will do our best to find it for you.
Do you deliver?
Yes a delivery service is available however depending on the distance from our main distribution centre. Deliveries are conducted using our own fleet of vehicles and our own trained delivery drivers for that extra piece of mind.
DELIVERY IS TO YOUR DOOR! However our professional delivery personnel, where possible, will try their best to take the appliance into your home.
Who delivers your items?
We have our own fleet of brand new delivery vans which deliver every day (except Sunday). By doing this we can not only ensure that your products are taken care of during transit, but it allows us to offer us to call you when our driver is up to an hour away from your property should you need it.
Can you take the old item away?
Removal is available on most items at an additional cost of £9.99. Call our sales team on 01977 609400 to add this extra to your order. (Items which are removed need to be disconnected, this service is only done where possible.)
On refrigeration products or furniture however we cannot offer a removal service. Your local council are the only ones which has access to the "degasination" plants which are required for refrigeration goods. If you contact your local council to take the item away it will NOT count as one of your free take away's.
How long will I be waiting for my item?
Unlike some other sellers on the internet we KEEP STOCK! Meaning we actually have multiple warehouses with these items in ready to deliver. Although we do have some items on our site which are special orders. We always reccomend that you call our sales team on 01977 609400 to check stock availability however before ordering.
Items can be delivered to some areas as soon as the NEXT DAY (where possible) on stocked items. To find your next delivery date it is best you contact our sales team on 01977 609400.
Why are your items so cheap?
We buy mass amounts of stock directly from the manufacturer allowing us to get them as a reduced price. This saving is then passed on to our customers. Buy with confidence from a retailer which has been in business over 11 years in the industry!
Can I turn my fridge/freezer on straight away?
No! All refrigeration products need to be left to stand for a minimum of 12 hours, we recommend 24 hours to be safe. This is to let the oil which is in refrigeration motors settle before turning it on.
Turning the machine on could cause oil to get stuck within the pipes of your machine and thus cause the machine not to work. This is the same for all refrigeration products and failure to comply can result in your guarantee with the manufactures being void.
